Under the Managing Director, the work of the Pakhtunkhwa Highway Authority is carried out by technical field directorates that look after the highway network, supported by directorates for procurement, administration, finance, legal affairs, information technology and public relations.
Directorates I, II and III oversee the Provincial Highways through the Center, North, East, South and Merged Area divisions.
