2. I have selected the correct Guest Type that accurately reflects my official position or status. I understand that this type will be independently verified by the Estate Office through the office phone number provided.
3. I am aware that the Guest House facility is a government resource and its misuse, unauthorised access, or booking under false pretences constitutes a serious disciplinary and legal offence.
4. I clearly understand and agree that all payments made for booking are non-refundable under any circumstances, including cancellation, non-utilisation, or failure to check-in.
5. In the event that any information provided is found to be false, misleading, or incorrect, I hereby accept and acknowledge that:
• My booking may be immediately cancelled without refund.
• My access to the Guest House Booking Portal may be permanently revoked.
• Departmental / disciplinary proceedings may be initiated against me.
• The matter may be referred to relevant authorities if necessary.
6. I understand that the Estate Office reserves the right to verify my credentials at any time.
7. I acknowledge that this declaration constitutes a legally binding undertaking.
